Our full wedding planning service offers assistance from the very beginning of your engagement. You might have a vision of your wedding being on a vineyard, a country club or a state of the art black tie affair. Defining Moments will be with you every step of the way beginning with establishing and managing a budget, working with your vendors so that nothing is overlooked . . . allowing you to enjoy a stress free planning experience. We do all the work, and you get your time back.

When you select our Tiffany package, some of the services include:

• Finding the perfect dress and accessories (Brides maid's too)
• Designing a look & feel for your wedding, or assisting you make your vision a reality!

Silver Platter Package
You might have started your planning with time on your side. Perhaps you've booked a few of your vendors and now, you don't have the time to make appointments and plan the rest. Even the most organized and detail oriented bride needs a little help every now and again. We'll design a package that suits your needs. We will work with you to create a customized schedule of services in which you select areas of wedding planning specific to your needs.

Creating a customized a la carte' package can include:

• Specific vendor consultations
• Rental equipment coordination
• Photographer & entertainment referrals
• Planning calendar
• Wedding day coordination

The Perfect Day Package
The name says it all! You've planned your wedding and have selected all your vendors carefully. You're preparing the seating arrangements and selecting your menu. Now, you want to enjoy your wedding as if you were a guest yourself. Defining Moments will manage your wedding day and execute your every detail just as you envisioned it. You on the other hand, get to focus on celebrating your wedding! The Perfect Day starts one month prior to your actual wedding date.

• Includes 2 consultations to go over every detail
• Establish a wedding day timeline
• Timeline management
• Executing every last detail your way
• Photography checklist (very important!!!)
• Packaging of personal belongings
• Handling of gratuities or final payments per your guidance
• Emergency amenities

Seeing as I started out by doing make-up for weddings, this package can also include your make-up artist who will now be with you the entire day!!!!

The Wedding Sitters
We understand that not every couple would like to have children at their wedding. For the most part, some family members who normally baby-sit are all at the wedding. Especially, out of town guests might not know anyone locally to watch their child. The Wedding Sitters are child care professionals. We have two separate packages for children:

The Children's Party
The Defining Moments will prepare a small finger food menu including small sandwiches and juices. We will decorate the room with balloons, napkins/plates and throw the children a mini party away from the wedding reception. We play age appropriate games and watch an age appropriate movie. The price for the children's party depends on how many children and if the reception location has a room, or the hotel that might have rooms blocked off. This is a huge success as the children feel they have their own private party and are still a big part of your celebration.

The Sitters
The Sitters are the same group of individuals, minus the party. Depending on the number of children, we will assign a wedding sitter.

The bonus of having The Wedding Sitters is your guests/ parents of the children will have a direct contact with the persons watching their child/children.
